We love this FABULOUS Rexburg original!! Always fresh, delicious food. I'm a HUGE fan of their pastrami sandwich, my husband had... a nice salad today. We met some friends with young kids and they loved the grilled cheese sandwich, and oh! Their differentflavors of frozen yogurt!!! Truly a delightful place to eat again and again. Read more

I've been coming here for 20 years and it's still as good as ever! The toasted sourdough sandwiches are the way to go! I like... to think of it as the 5 Guys of sandwiches. You can choose from so many toppings and they don't cost extra. It's hard to find aplace that has sprouts for a sandwich! I would come just for the sandwiches, but combine that with the best frozen yogurt inIdaho, and you have a perfect meal! Millhollow is the best sandwich shop this side of the Snake River. This is where I took my wife on our first date. I?ve probably... eaten over 30 chicken BLTs over the years from this place. The bread is so delicious and unique and their ingredients arefresh. The only thing frustrating about Millhollow is that the line is always long and they only use one register even thoughthey have 2. Apparently the other register is only for people who want ice cream. (Even though everyone orders ice cream withtheir sandwiches through the other register.) All well. P.S. hopefully they?ll update how their menu looks soon. The cut outpictures of food glued onto it fit before the restaurant was remodeled. But now it seems out of place.
