I'm a big Taco Bell guy, and I've had good experiences here. But I have consistently had negative experiences with their closing... staff. I showed up an hour and a half before close and they told me they weren't making any food for the rest of the night.Really? What are you getting paid to do? Tonight (11/12) the cashier got frustrated at me because I had gone to the secondwindow instead of the first. She was cold to me, rude, dumped the change in my car, and then slammed the window. My experience here was so bad that it was almost comical. An hour and a half in your drive thru line and I haven't even moved!... In your honor, I've created a list of things I could have done rather than sit in your drive thru for an hour and a half: Watchthe first half of a football game Drive to Pocatello and go to Taco Bell Watch an episode of Game of Thrones Run 5 miles Financea car Create a bucket list and start doing it Go through Del Tacos drive thru 45 times File for a new LLC Make friends with allof the other people waiting in their cars Franchise a Chipotle Listen to a whole episode of JRE (with ads) Burn enough caloriesto offset my late night Taco Bell Read half of the first Harry Potter book Start learning a new language Make 75 of my ownburritos Write a list of things to do in your drive thru. Your business is terrible. Read more

Normally I would give Taco Bell 5 stars because it?s a guilty pleasure of mine. I know it?s not good for me, and I can?t even... really say that it?s good food, but I still crave it at 9pm at least once a month, so here we are. I admit that I love the fakecheese. However, I must deduct a star from this Taco Bell because the last two times I have gone, they didn?t even cut myquesadilla. Not a big deal, accidents happen. However, it seems to be the only way it?s done now. It almost looks like it wasfolded instead of anybody even attempting to use something with an edge. Still going back, I?ll just have to remember to bringown knife it I don?t want to eat it in one monster bite. Read more

This Taco Bell is literally the dirtiest place I have ever seen. The floors look like they haven?t been scrubbed in weeks, the... windows and doors were grimy, tables, every single one of them was dirty. High chairs were sticky. Soda machines looked like thesyrup in the drain was caked inches thick. While I was eating my quesadilla, there was something crunchy that I bit into andleft a dirt taste in my mouth. I lost my whole appetite and was done. This was at lunch, it wasn?t busy. This is also the secondtime I?ve been to this location and the first time the place was just as filthy, and I was the first customer. There?s no excusefor this. This is a college town with few options to eat out at. We should be able to trust that those working in the foodindustry are taking appropriate measures to ensure a clean place to people to eat. I know this place would fail a public healthexam. And if this front looked like this, I don?t even want to imagine what the back where food is prepared looks like. Thisneeds to be taken care of.
