Ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas. Both crusts were burned. Manager asked me to bring them back to be remade or tale half... off on next purchase. If they are #1 in Columbus, why would they let those burned pizzas out of their store? Quality controlwasn't operating. Also had trouble with their app. Read more
Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom on 9/02/2022. Had one a while back and wasn?t satisfied so thought we would give it... another try. Took a coupon for $3.00 off and we?re told we couldn?t use it unless we ordered the pizza and the Stromboli. Couponsaid pizza or Stromboli. Also the pizza was burned. Large pep and mushroom $21.24. Ordered a taco pizza tonight. It was 120 mins to arrive compared to 45 as promised. Not a big thing, I know places are short... handed. When the pizza arrived it weighed like 10lbs. Normally people complain that there aren't enough toppings. This pizza waspiled HIGH with toppings. The thing about that is, this is a super thin crust pizza. The crust can not handle a inch or more oftoppings. They cook this pizza with a inch of toppings on it the same about of time as a pizza with one topping. Therefore, thepizza was undercook, and not warm under all the toppings and the cheese not melted. Making the pizza a big pile of MUSH!!!! Eveneating it with a fork, was totally disgusting!!! We ate two pieces and called it quits! $26.00 for a 12 pizza down the drain!!!! Read more

I ordered a Sicilian deep dish,wings,and a pblt. My mom said the pblt looked burnt. The deep dish was o.k. but the wings were... HORRIBLE!!!! THEY SMELLED AND TASTED LIKED LIGHTER FLUID. ( I don't know what lighter fluid tastes like.) But the smell was likelighter fluid. And they were just plain nasty!!! I ordered mild ..I have no idea where the sauce was???????????????????. I spent44$ it was a waste!! I don't mind paying that for something that was actually good. But it wasn't worth it. Especially thewings. What a disappointment. Read more
