I stopped for a medium cup of coffee with 4 sugars and one cream! What I got from the Latina that was waiting on me was a large... coffee with enough sugar in it for three coffees and one cream. Why do companies hire people that don?t understand English. Itjust frustrates the hell out of me. This morning I stopped at McDonald?s in Pataskala. They messed up my order and when i asked for a reciept. The blonde angerly told me no then slammed the window in my face.. This... was a breakfast visit. Visited McDonald?s last night 9/10/22 the manager on duty who is a African American woman could of been Haitian or African was... the nastiest person I have ever encountered and sadly this is not the first time but enough is enough her customer service isNONE she should not be representing this company I requested a receipt and she simply declined my request then told me to getout of her driveway another employee gave me the receipt and when I asked her what was the name of the manager on duty shereplied ?Why? with total attitude and walked away I was in disbelief. Not sure who the owner is of this location but the nightshift drive thru staff and manager on duty are all unprofessional lack customer service and need training in customer care. Read more

This morning I stopped for one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches, The Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel. It was NOT busy! 2 cars in... the drive-thru. I asked for EXTRA Breakfast sauce on my sandwich. Pretty simple nothing extreme. The sandwich wrapper evenhad a grill recipe on it for the additional sauce. What did I get?? NO FREAKING SAUCE AT ALL AND THE STEAK WAS DRY AF!! IMEAN HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP!?! Not crowded, all kinds of employees in the building and plenty of time to do it right!! But ofcourse this younger generation would rather Tik Tok about how a customer had the audacity to ask for extra breakfast sauce!! Lazy, Disrespectful and Entitled!!
