We came here with a group of Raiders fans, packed out a huge portion of the restaurant. They opened up the back party room area,... for us. Having gone for NFL opener the purpose was to watch the games. Apparently they'd gotten rid of the NFL ticket, and wasusing something else, and it was absolutely awful! Kept buffering, all the television sets were out of sync, by the end of thegame we was about four minutes behind with television sets all at different periods of the game. Plays kept repeating and thanthe final four minutes it completely stopped working... Food was awesome. It was good, and incredibly cheap for quality.Service was well enough, especially with the crowd we'd brought in. Unfortunately as well as the food and service was, thegaming experience was so poor, we as a group will not be returning. If you're planning to stop in and eat in passing, I'd saygo for it. The customer service here is amazing! Today was my second visit and I wanted to try the wings. I brought some for a friend and... he really liked them. The first time I got the nachos with shredded beef. They were okay but I will not get again. I LOVED mywings with fries. I loved they they were big. I got the twelve piece and got the bang for my buck. The same greeter who greetedme the first time greeted me today. I felt seen and heard. They made sure to supply me with wet wipes with my wings. Wow. This couldn?t have been a worse experience. We arrived at 11:15 am and we?re the second table seated in the restaurant. It... was a full hour before our appetizers came out. Another 40 minutes for the first two of nine peoples meals to come out. 2 youngchildren got Mac and cheese completely last?.which was out of a microwave and not even warm through. Three of us were trying todrink wine and take shots but we were never offered even one refill. We never got any plates or silverware during our entiremeal. Came here on a Saturday around 2 and it was fairly empty. Seemed like the hostess was serving. Started off the Grizz for an app... which is kinda like nachos but with fries. It read as a "basket" of fries but when we got it, it was like the smallest pile offries we had ever seen. In fact the kids meals received more fries. They did taste alright though. We ordered a PB royal and thesignature burger and 2 kids mac n cheeses. The burgers seemed fresh but were pretty tasteless to be honest. The mac and cheesehad a funky taste so i know it was home made, almost like a vinegary sour taste. My kids love mac and cheese and they wouldn'teat it. I ended up having my kid eat my burger while i ate the mac n cheese. The menu is pretty scattered from tamales toburgers to empanadas and wings. Cant see this place staying open. Read more
