Have gone to this location multiple times and each time there is something wrong, whether it's a forgotten item, cold coffee,... poor service, not knowing my online order even exists, or just blatantly saying they don't have something that they 100% have.Never have a simple pleasant fast food experience here, always something to make it unique in the bad way. App never applies discount and they tell you there's nothing they can do. Charged me 2x for one order then wanted to charge me a... 3rd time for a item I was supposed to get for free. Not so great customer service. Read more
Took me a half an hour to get an order this morning. Seems the team is having issues with their espresso machine. The food came... out quick but the bagel was plain rather than the up-charge I paid for an everything bagel. Didn?t provide any napkins either,which is a minor issue.
