Staff was friendly and helpful . Pastrami fries we're a bit greasy and salty . Grease went to fries and only able to eat part of... them. Read more
The service is fantastic and fast! Everything is so delicious, a gem at Rialto. ????????
Food is ok when they get it right. The speaker at the drive thru is horrible then they give attitude when i raise my voice and... keep repeating my order because they dont hear me right because of THEIR SPEAKER. Today we werent even done placing our orderthen she said pull forward and when we told her we werent done she left us waiting for almost 5 minutes. Had to go inside afterwe our food cause it was wrong. This place needs to update their drive thru speaker asap. Read more
I usually love their burgers, and usually they are pretty good. They have added a Menudo to their spot and as much as I love... menudo I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you CHECK FOR HAIR! I tried to ignore one, it happens sometimes.. but the they kept coming. One afteranother.. as if the guy or woman had just cut their hair.. a huge eyelash or eyebrow. Ugh.. it was so tasty I didn't realize itsoon enough.. but definitely glad I didn't keep eating. I got my money back with no complaints. But they didn't look like theywere ready to throw the whole thing out.. that's alarming. For some reason the lady at the counter look upset at me.. as if theywere just 1 or 2 hairs there was a lot more and I should be upset... and I wasn't .. I was just very disappointed.
