I am beyond disappointed with my mint Oreo blizzard I received. I have more mint & Oreo on my spoon than in my remaining ice... cream. Half my mini blizzard was just soft serve. Read more

I visited this restaurant to purchase an ice cream cake. As I walked in I went to the unlocked cake display and proceeded to... turn one cake so I might see the flavor. A manager type woman came up to me abruptly and said, "Excuse me". She promptly shutthe door I'd opened and locked it right in front of me. I asked, "How might I see the flavors of these cakes?" She advised shewould help me after serving other customers. Fast forward to my turn, I asked to purchase an ice cream cake. She said "Ok" thenrealized she didn't have the keys to the display. She accused pretty much all the staff nearby of taking the keys. Anyway, sheasked me, "Do you want to buy it or not?" I said I would after she found the keys. Moral of the story, do not go here. Thecustomer service is awful. If you don't want to be treated like a criminal for looking at cakes, avoid this location. Zero outof five stars, do not recommend. I hope that manager woman finds her joys so she can stop being miserable to others. Read more

Horrible customer service. Very poor customer service on behalf of the manager as well. Hopefully thier behavior gets addressed.... IF YOU AREN'T A PEOPLE PERSON, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/FOOD HANDLING. THIS WAS A COMMENT ON FACEBOOKBY A CUSTOMER IN THE AREA, I'M ASKING DAIRY QUEEN PLEASE ADDRESS YOUR STAFF & ACCORDINGTO THE COMMENTSNOT A FIRST OFENSE BYLOCATION: Has anyone else had a bad experience at Dairy Queen off Riverside Ave? Yesterday evening my mom (has very brokenEnglish) tried ordering from drive thru but was getting very rude feed back from the very young employee. She placed her orderand was waiting at the window for over 20mins while employees stared at her and laughed at her expense. When she comforted themand gave them an attitude back they called police on her. She paid for the order but was so upset she didn?t even wait for herorder anymore and just left. They showed so much disrespect because she doesn?t speak great English and wasn?t letting thembully her. Now that I called to speak to the manager, manager said she was there and it was my mom that was rude. I can tell youmy mother is not rude just for no reason. We have never in our life?s ever experienced this. When she spoke to the policeofficer that pulled her over ( means they called police while she was waiting) he agreed that the employees were in the wrong.Employees and manager are covering for each other.
