Oct 29th 22. Evening- Dinner I would give 0 stars, unfortunately least this location can get is 1 star. Our order was... incorrect and when letting the guy know he apologized and we gave the bag of food back. A lady came to the window with a littleattitude stating it was our food returning it with the bag completely ripped up as we explained what we ordered and she justwalked away. We didn?t bother to make a big deal but sometimes we people come hungry and pay for what we order. They gave usmore beverages then food and didn?t need it ???? Read more
This location is despicable!!! I've gone there 4 times now and will never go back. They rely on computer kiosks 100% or the... drive thru. If you want customer service, this is definitely not the place. Stood in front of the cash register for 20minutes today and watched several employees look at me and instead of asking if I would like to order, they just started dancingand completely ignored the front area. I eventually just walked out without ordering. When I have received food from thislocation, it was sloppily thrown together. McDonald's can do far better...and they need to with this location. Yo this place is just messed up man they need to do something about this either fire the night people and get new ones that want... to work I was waiting on the drive thru and the store hours say from 5am-2am and I got her at 1am to order some food I drove allthe way over here to get food just so the employees to pretend they are closed when it said the place was open yo I could ofgone to in n out but I went to McDonalds instead to avoid the long line now that is the biggest disappointment and it?s justmessed up that places like these pay lazy employees to do nothing and just to annoy customers and make then waist there time onmaking a food run just to waist time money gas and it?s just so frustrating Read more
You go in and pretty much have to order through the kiosk, there's one one there to take your order. Got my food and it was... cold. I waited over 5 min just to ask someone for a straw! The workers are just focused on getting the orders for drive thruthat they neglect the costumers inside the restaurant. They go above and beyond to avoid eye contact w you....when your food isready they just call out your number and leave it there... if they're gonna focus just on drive thru then why even open thedinning part of it?! Poor customer service. Run by kids who don't know their right hand from Left hand. The app never works and employees have no... clue how to override the computer on register to accept coupons when app is working. Line is always so and my caramel coffee ismade with no caramel half the time. I only went to this McDonald's cause it's literally down the street from my house. I nolonger go there.
