Today I was in line and to my SURPRISE!!! An employee name Lizbeth was taking pretzel bits with HER FINGERS AND DIPPING IT INTO... THE Cinnamon and Sugar mixture that they use to mix all the orders in and Eating it in front for all the customers and no onesaid anything!! A few minutes later the manager at the time on shift walked in. When I told the manager what she was doing, the manager said, "yes, I know, I know." The pepperoni tasted rubbery and oily. It was not crispy at alln the flavor was horrible my girlfriend didn't even like it and... wanted to exchange it but I didn't let her. To make matters worse, to wash it down we had bought a pink lemonade and it was souras heck! Those pretzels leave a bad aftertaste and I would not reccomend wetzels pretzels to anyone. ????????
