Ordered on the app, told them as much at the screen and they told me to pull forward. 10 minutes later was asked to pay again at... the window. Told them I had an online order and already payed. They brought food back about 4 minutes later. It was thecompletely wrong order. Waved and knocked on window. Another 2 minutes to get their attention. She said to keep that andthey'd remake my order. Came back abiut a minute later with my food so I pulled ahead to park and eat. It was still not correctand had no napkins in either bag or the sauce I had on my order. Stopped in today to grab a quick bite to eat. Was greeted by a wonderful gentleman behind the counter! He helped me figure out... the app and was so patient and friendly the entire time! For MANY months now I drive 45 minutes one way to Rice Lake shopping and looking forward to TJ?s and this location always has... good food but never has hot sauce packs???? Totally ruins my meals as the other sauces just don?t make it taste close to as goodfor me. How can a taco place not have hot sauce for MONTHS on end?? And when they take my drive thru order and I ask for hotsauce they never say they are out until I get to the window and paid. Will start going to Taco Bell in the future. Read more
