Ok food, terrible service. Didn't give us napkins, silverware, or menus at the beginning (we did ask for napkins and menus and... got them quickly and easily but we shouldn't have had to ask at all) and they didn't even get the right condiments we asked for.They also took a bit longer than they really should've, especially considering they weren't very busy. The food was also nothingto be amazed at and even though we didn't have high expectations for it since it is bar food, it was still disappointing. The"mozzarella sticks" we got in our sampler were basically egg rolls but with mozzarella instead of egg roll stuff in them. The"nachos" that the sampler comes with were actually just chips and nacho cheese in a plastic dipping cup. I should also mentionthat the atmosphere was very quiet and awkward. Read more
The owner is a wonderful guy, however the staff is less than mediocre and lazy. And the food has gone down hill when the owner... isn't cooking. If the owner is in the kitchen you can tell the difference in a quality cooked meal. The bartender destroyed theBloody Mary's and mixed new mix with old mix. There were 3 in our group who ordered them and all of us were extremelydisappointed. They weren't even garnished. We had to ask for that. There were also 3 gentleman that came in and ordered Bloody'sand all 3 left after the poor service and one drink of their drinks. Sad to see this place go down hill so quickly! My heartgoes out to the owner because I do understand it's hard to get staff... but the bartender wouldn't even change the keg of beerwe all ordered for our chasers. She wouldn't lift the empty keg out and put new one in because she claimed she couldn't lift it,and made an embarrassing scene about it loudly. The dress code for the employees is less than desired and rather trashy. Verysad to watch what use to be a great place go down so quickly.
