We went there on a Friday evening and the young lady there refused to make my burrito. The young man was busy with my son?s and... I asked if she could take my order so we wouldn?t have to wait an extra ten minutes or more. The young man told me she didn?twant to, though she wasn?t busy. So I canceled my order. I bought a chips trio today. Guacamole seems dark green like it was 2 days old and did not taste good. Queso cheese was cold.
BEST burrito in the city. East end is the BEST location - they hits it out of the park every time. Sooo flavourful and fresh -... from beans to the rice and protein. The team packed the burrito so full and it stayed so intact. Not messy at all but so saucy.25 out of 10. The only place I would go for a quick lunch. Great job guys! Read more

A USA Chipotle want to be. We ordered a bowl and they don't actually give you a bowl. It's a styrofoam container. We got a... build a veggie bowl. They are very chincy on the toppings. I wanted more lettuce on my veggie bowl and didn't get much. Theplastic forks are cheap and don't hold up to a burrito "bowl". Would love for their quality to step up to USA standards. Thefood was okay. They need better quality "bowls" and forks. My tiny thin 9 year wanted another one as it didn't fill her up.There is room for improvement. Read more
Food is good but customer service is lacking. There was an error in the order and the staff told me about it before I left with... my food however, they didn't offer to fix it or fix it when I asked. When following up with customer service they offered tomake it right but then never actually followed up on the offer. I used to go here weekly but since it's lucky if I go thereonce a month. To follow up, I contacted customer service as requested below to only be ghosted again. Terrible customerservice. Read more
