The drive through at this place takes forever. 2nd time trying- and likely the last. Talking 30' plus! 1st time I was 5 minutes... to opening, so waited as I wanted to take stuff in to my work. They NEVER did attend the drive through after 10-15'. Finallyparked and went inside. Food however is wonderful. Hence I give a 2 star rating. But gosh...they are NOT a drive throughbusiness! Well I called today at 2:11pm. Asked to speak to a manager, the young lady put me on hold and that?s where I remained until I... hung up. The food here is good but if you have an issue which I have had every single time I order 2 orders of the originalChicken Alfredo. The bread is always so hard that we always have to trash it. That was the reason I was calling to speak to amanager to ask about getting fresh bread. Other than that this is still a great place to eat. Read more
This is a really good Jason's Deli! The manager (lady with blonde hair) is very welcoming and funny and has a great shtick with... customers. The location is very clean and appears to be kept in top shape. My favorite is their famous salad bar, and thislocation's did not disappoint. Extremely fresh, bright, and flavorful selections of all the veggies and toppings. I will gladlybe back and highly recommend! Read more
Ordered on the app twice and both times I've had issues when picking up my order. 1st time I waited 15 minutes after "order... ready" and 2nd time was brought wrong order curbside, waited 5 minutes to have someone retrieve order but decided to walk it inand get my order which they hadn't even started yet. Had to pay again since my online order was "lost and refunded". Guessing3rd time will be the charm. Not sure if I'll give them a 3rd try! Read more

I ordered and paid online for CURBSIDE pickup! I used the link when I arrived yet NO ONE brought the order OUT. I called and the... lady told me they would bring it to me shortly well they NEVER did. I was trying to get back to WORK ON TIME! The cashier had anon chalant attitude about my issue!!! No customer service! What?s the point of ordering online for ?CURBSIDE? pick up if theydon?t wanna bring it out?! Inconvenience of my time and MONEY! What if I was sick and not feeling well?
