This was our first time eating here. What a find. Service was excellent, food was great, did I mention the service? I have... eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants this is at the top of the list, plus you can watch the ladies make your soup dumplingswhile you wait. This was an amazing experience for everyone in our party. I am a vegan and they had no problem substituting the fish sauce out... of my food to keep it vegan. The people at my table are not vegan and they were very happy to try several different items on themenu. Our waitress was fantastic and very informative about the menu. They were very crowded and very busy but it never tookaway from our dining experience. It was not overly loud or crowded. The tables are spaced nicely to where you don’t feelcramped. Came here for the first time this past Monday. This was a very clean, well-kept restaurant. We wanted to have a lighter lunch... but still try a few things from their menu. We ordered the marinated eggs, pork stir-fry noodles, dark broth beef noodle soupand pork and shrimp dumplings. Everything we ate was so fresh and delicious! My kids thoroughly enioyed their noodles while myhusband and I enioyed the rest. Highly recommend! Read more
