This is the DFW area's dim sum place. For the weekend they have carts running from brunch to lunch, plus a short order bar... (I've only been on the weekend). Honestly, you wouldn't expect this place to be so good considering it looks like a hole in the wall on the outside. The limited... parking and walking up the stairs to find the place was strange for me personally, but once my friend and I were inside it wassomething to marvel at. The place has multiple younger waiters and waitresses, most who seem to be in high school at most,which leads me to believe they're a close knit group. That being said, it's comforting to see the staff getting along, as thateases the environment all the more for a newcomer. Dim Sum is served traditionally by the cart, and I was happy to see thisplace retained that tradition instead of a buffet style. Of course you can order the more freshly prepared items at a table nearthe front, but that doesn't mean everything else on a cart isn't bad either; in fact it's all piping hot from the kitchen, butnot served to order. I had practically everything they had to offer, including a mango-grapefruit tapioca drink. The drinkitself was... Different, but not bad by any means. Place was packed, but clean and well maintained. I just wish it was just alittle bigger and more prevalent to spot from outside. This is one of my fiancé's and my favorite date night restaurants. We've been coming on dates here for at least five years, and... the service and food are always great. We like the dim sum in particular, but the other menu items are good too! And we alwayshave at least one pot of jasmine green tea; it's our favorite out of all the teas they offer. There is a ton of seating, so evenwith a large party, you can find a table. We like to dress nicely when we eat here, and so do most other guests, but there arepeople who dress more casually as well.
