Have not been to a Krispy Kreme in ages, decided to go to the one right next to Starbucks. Pretty disappointing. Went when the hot light was on to buy Donuts and to let my kids get a free Donut. The doors was locked so we went through drive... thru. Waited almost 30 mins for hot Donuts that never came and the lady tried to charge me for the 3 free Donuts I was supposeto get. Donuts looked deformed and tiny. Very greasy and nasty.
