I ordered online for pickup around 4 pm. Sent my cousin to pick it up and they had not made my order. Took 15 minutes just to... get them to confirm it and make it after my cousin is waiting at the restaurant. It is 5:20 now at the time of writing and theystill haven't made our order and no one at the counter to ask about it. They gladly took my money though! The past two times weordered for delivery and they missed items in our order which is why we ordered for pickup this time. I enjoyed the food here inthe past but I will never order again because the service is awful. No reason why my cousin should be waiting over an hour in anearly-empty restaurant for food for three people. Read more
The product is amazing. Delicious. But here is why you get 2 stars: Your online menu is not accurate to what is sold in... location. Online I saw and wanted the '4 piece half chicken combo' - the lady informed me it's just wings and did not understandthe jargon from their website. She said I could only get 'wings' (legs & wings) and they did not offer thighs. There are noprices on the website You can order the tea online but not food??? This makes no sense. Online food ordering would definitelyclarify what I can and cannot order, and how much the cost was. Not able to look at the menu while I ordered on the phone, Iagreed to what I thought was a small combo of 6 piece wings, only to arrive and find I had apparently ordered a family meal at$22 - definitely not what I plan on spending for 1 person lunch. The total was not given to me over the phone (which I takepartial blame for not asking). The lady said (over the phone) that their ONLY combos are 2 PC, 4 PC & 6 PC, again also notcorrect to their actual menu (photos provided) - they have a 2pc and 3 PC combo When I arrived I did see that they do offerthighs, which means I could have gotten the 3 PC combo with thighs and accepted the upcharge for the larger pcs of chicken. Itook pics of the menu at the location so I can have a better understanding of what to order next time. I am disappointed that inaddition to the online menu being (for lack of a better word) absolutely 100% misleading, they did not have paper menus at thelocation for me to take with me. It?s clean but pricy, not very good customer service, chicken is ok, charge me extra 1$ coz I select fried sweet potatoes. Some... meals not allowed you choose crispy or original, I don?t get it what?s the different. Plus I wait more than 20 Minutes for mycombo, another 20 minutes for the meal to go. Read more
