Don't know if food is good. They couldn't find my online order. Then after waiting 15+ additional I just left.
I've been stopping here when I'm in town about every 3 weeks. I've always had great subs until today. Only 1 slice of meat & 1... slice of cheese on my sandwich....on a medium size sub? A sub should have generous portion, like you use to provide. I realizefood & fuel costs are most likely impacting the decision to scale back quality, I'll try it 1 more time on my next trip throughthe area to see if it's changed, if not it'll be my last visit. The grand open experience was night day better than my recent experience. The gal took my order incorrectly. The guy making the... sandwich hardly put any of the sandwich contents in and forgot the pickle. The same sandwich at the grand opening had twice themeat. It was a pretty disappointing visit and far from the typical Firehouse Sub experience. 6/20 - Anna, thank you for thereply. I appreciate it.
