I thought one visit it might be a good place for a burger, then we went back and got a dinner of a sirloin and it was amazing as... well. Oh and don't forget they have the best cheesecake ever, I am an expert in cheesecake and this is by far the best. UPDATE:went just last night GREAT music live and seems to definitely be more of a social place when it gets cold and after dark! Theyalso had the games on TV's!!! Read more
Excellent place. Not a tap house as I was expecting but the bacon jelly on the jalapeño burger made me message my grandma and... ask what I need to do to have an infinite supply. Good people in a small Appalachian town. Read more

Just stopped at Coaltown Taps for lunch. First time at the resturant. You receive a friendly welcoming feeling when you walk in.... The resturant was very clean. Our server was very nice and a great smile. I had the bacon burger and my friend had the chickensandwich. Both meals were very good and we washed them down with ice cold beer. I highly recommend this great addition toRichlands. Finally a local resturant with great variety of food and great variety of beer at a great price. We will definitelybe back. Read more
