I really enjoyed the food here. The happy hour cheesling fries are a generous portion for $5. The coating on the fried chicken... was so crispy and airy. Super fresh and delicious, perfectly seasoned, and juicy. We came in for an early dinner. There wasonly one server handling tables, the takeout counter, and phone calls - so service was a bit slow. But when the second servercame in, service was impeccable. Plenty of parking spots behind their store. I will definitely come back again to try someother flavours. PS. You guys need a sign that your side doors don't open, haha. The number of people who tried to enter fromthere was impressive. Read more

BBQ Chicken is a great franchise, and one my go-to Korean fried chicken places; there's a decent amount of parking in the back.... Lots of selection for food and there's some exclusive selections (it's one of the BBQ Chicken "with Lemon" places, there'sanother on Robson). The chicken itself is juicy and their fried chicken game is consistent to other BBQ Chickens. There isn'tmuch specialty/craft beers to choose from but I guess that's okay, I don't mind crushing light beers with fried foodsanyways. Servers here were friendly and accommodating, they gave us some solid recommendations (the lemon cheesling was greatand the "mala hot" mayo dipping sauce was nice). The servers forgot to mention a "large party" minimum surcharge (we were aparty of 5, a little strange for "large party" classification; other establishments usually count 8 or more as a large party).It was okay though, the manager didn't charge us the surcharge since it wasn't explicitly mentioned when we were seated, andthey provided great service anyways.
