Ordered a 7 piece combo on Skip the Dishes, asked for a mix of spicy and regular but found out upon delivery that they were sold... out of spicy - However, they compensated by giving us 4 additional pieces, some biscuit and left a note as well. I was so frustrated about the service and food I got yesterday evening. This location was used to be my favorite Church Chicken.... But I doubt if I will come anymore. When I visited yesterday evening, the front door and order machine was closed. I enteredfrom the side door. But the waitress told me they were closed. I was confused that Church is running 24 hours and there was evenother customers in the restaurant. I was trying to confirm with the waitress but she just ignored me. Other customers told me Ihave to order at drive-thru. Then I ordered, and was told the order would be ready for 15 minutes. She wanted me to wait in thefront. I waited in the restaurant almost half hour, and no one update anything about my order. I asked the one who ordered forme, also the one who ingnored me before, and she ignored me again! I asker another worker to package my order. The girl went tocheck with the previous waiteress and she just took out the fried chicken from oil. Then I asked for a paper bag, she was comingand told me they did not have a large bag. But I just ordered one regular box of chicken. It seems she was always very busywith other orders, if she was not busy with orders, she would be busy with other things. The only thing she was able to ignorewas my order. At first I thought if the food is okay, I will just let it go. Everyone has bad day. But what I ordered were allovercooked, dried, and the meat was not fresh. During my waiting time, there was a couple trying to come in from the front door.She gave a gesture as "no, we are closing". This waitress ruined my love of Church chicken. Read more
The staff here are awesome! Located in a strip mall, lots of parking and a drive thru. Accessible. Always great service and... fresh food. Always tip as working in the fast food industry during a pandemic, they deserves all the tips they get! Read more
Worst customer service ever, maybe I should said no customer service at all!!! Fountain drink machine is dead, no ice, 3 out of... 6 drinks are out and the worst thing is they are WARM!!! Ask if they can provide drinks from the other side where the drive thruwindow. The LADY said no. And when you make your purchase they don't even mentioned to you the fountain machine is dead!! Sothey only want your money!!!! once you paid they don't care if you get a drink or not!!! As long as you paid!!! And the LADYkept mentioned we can't tell you that fountain not working, you can pay more for the bottle drinks!!! So tricky and dishoneststore, will never go again!!!! Highly not recommended!!! I love church's chicken and this place has great food, but the service here wasn't great. They forgot large fries in my takeout... order. I only realized when I got home so I called in to ask about it. The manager was very kind and offered to give me creditor for me to pick it up today. However, when I drove back to the store and told them about my missing fries, they didn'tapologize and just handed me the large fries. I was surprised at their attitude given how nice they were on the phone. Usuallywhen places forget something in your order, they'll offer something small to say sorry (e.g. apple pie, etc).
