Just like your typical dim sum place but without the carts being pushed. You tick off what you want on a menu and they bring you... each dish as they're made. We came right when they opened on a Saturday and snagged a table right away. I guess there's a 20%discount for early dim sum which was a nice surprise. I love this place for traditional authentic chinese food. The restaurant is very clean, service is great and well organized.... Food with fresh ingredient and high quality. I came here for Dimsum (lunch) recently. To avoid waiting for half an hour or longer, it’s best to call and reserve a table... days beforehand. The restaurant reminds me of one in Asia - Somewhat loud (as it was very busy) and (at best) average service.They do make up for it with their food though. I tried Har Gow, Siu Mai, Xiao Long Bao, Century Egg & Salted Pork Congee withDried Oyster, Steamed Beef Stomach & Tendon with Chuhou Sauce, Steamed Shrimp & Chive Dumplings, Baked Black Peppercorn DicedChicken Pastries, Deep Fried BBQ Duck & Mashed Taro Pastries, Steamed Rice Rolls with Crispy Beancurd Sheet & Fish Puree, BakedBarbecued Pork Buns, Steamed Egg Yolk Buns, Steamed Chicken Buns in Ginger Flavour. Other than the Xiao Long Bao that wasmediocre, everything else was at least pretty good. It's a good dimsum place. The food is comparable with the other regular dimsum places in the area. Quite pricey though. The... halibut dish was what I really liked, but they threw in even the fish bones so be careful when you take your bite. You get free2 hour parking; just register at the entrance once you arrive.
