Honestly, I love the bagels here and always have but my experience today I will never be back again. When we arrived there were... two customers waiting for their order but nobody else in line. After placing our order (two bagels with cream cheese, sosimple), we waited over 20 minutes for our order to be ready. There were three people working and they had taken orders for twoother customers behind us but nobody else in the restaurant. While waiting, one worker handed a bag to a customer who openedtheir bagels to find it wasn?t their order, handed it back to the worker who also opened it, to dig through the order, rewrapped it and handed it to another customer, not even offering to remake the order someone else had touched. On top of all ofthis, in the bathrooms they have mouse traps behind the toilets and store the bagels in milk cartons on the floor. Disgusting.We will never be back. Read more

These bagels were SO good! Nothing like grocery store bagels. I had a sesame one with the honey almond cream cheese, very sweet... and good. My boyfriend had their smoke meat, very good and the pickle tasted amazing and fresh. The best was the salmon creamcheese we bought to go however! Tastes a lot like salmon, paired it with dill at home. Employees are also very friendly! Read more
