Been here 4 separate times and of those, I have ended up with oddly sour iced coffee 3 times including today. Thought it might... have just been the milk so I ordered a straight iced coffee no milk, but it?s still sour. Absolutely horrible customer service, worst Starbucks location in Vancouver. Ordered a drink for my friend and the barista was... extremely rude while making the drink. He complained to me the entire time while making it, and questioned the drink. The drinktook 15 minutes to be made, and was missing ingredients. After bringing it to his attention, he argued with me and said it wasfine. I have had the drink made at various locations and never an issue. Will not be back. Read more
