Gross!!! The smell of rotten garbage when walking in almost did me in. The kitchen looked dirty. The veg chow mein was... terrible. Super greasy, canned mushrooms, half the noodles were crunchy and not cooked. My spring roll was dripping withgrease. The sweet and sour pork was really fatty and not much for flavour. I visited this restaurant when I went to Vancouver. We rented a car after landing at the airport and went there as our first... stop because I saw people's posts online saying how good this restaurant is for Chinese food. However, to me it was a bit of adisappointment. The restaurant's sanitation condition is worrisome. As a restaurant sitting beside the Fisherman's Wharf, youwould think eating seafood will be an economical choice. The answer is not really, the oyster is still $4 each. A lobster dishwould cost $53. And the scalloped white congee which was found only a few strings of scallops in it costs $8 dollars.. Seafooddish is overpriced to a degree. You can't go wrong with their fried rice and eggplant tempura. Both were delicious. Read more
