First time ive had horrible experience here at richmond centre Ugrill. Had stomach pains withing 15 min , violent diarrhea and... vomiting with in hours of eating. female cook never seen her before. Vomited 4 times from the order. I had chicken , noodles,carots, green bean, rice , onions, Also rice portion was much smaller then use to be and way more expensive 16$ for very smallserving. Food did not taste good. Chicken was not cooked long enough and as i got at around 640pm on monday was probablysitting out all day . Mall closes 9. Tips. Dont buy close to closing. Ensure they cook ur meat well done to prevent this. Dontbuy after 4 hours from mall open especially the meats as they just sit . Not buying again . UPDATE, HAD TO GO E.R FOR VOMITING15 times. Went at 2am last night to 7am , feel weak. Puked every single thing i ate there. And blood pressure is low ,have chestpain too. Definitely will never be back to Ugrill. Read more
Terrible service! Very rude attendant and cook. Don't you dare to ask for more soy sauce, if you ask, they will be extremely... rude to you. When i offered to pay for it and they yelled at me in their language on purpose so i would understand. Take yourmoney elsewhere. Read more
Got scammed here. Try to use $30 gift card and old lady obviously doesn?t know how to use card machine makes it keep declined. I... end up using my own credit card and i checked with customer service in Richmond Center and they said it?s valid. Turns out staffjust doesn?t know how to use it. I went back and asked for refund and requested to use my gift card. They refused it and saythey cannot do that. Horrible customer service and food is way too overpriced. Half of this is full of rice , and charged me $31!!!! RIP OFF! WASTE OF MONEY. They use to charge 2.39 ish /100g. Now it's lile... 7.50!? This is not worth it. Cut your own veggies or goto goodbowl! Can have 2 bowls like this and better. I use to come hereoften but never again Read more

Very rude customer service. I have been coming here for years & they used to have friendly guys on the grill! However, came in... today (Monday Nov 21st at 1pm) while it was completely empty; no line up & no other customers (so no excuse for being in a busyrush) and there was a 20-30 something year old girl on the grill who had the absolute worst attitude I?ve ever experienced inany restaurant or fast food setting. Shocking to see such a plummet in their customer service. Would recommend their managementaddress this poor quality in customer service ASAP. Read more
