I cant remember a fast food joint that is more disorganized than this Wendy's location. They finally got my order right on the... first time the last time I went, which should be the general expectation when one is waiting for his order, at any given pointof time. But in the 6 times in a row previous (I counted), they were getting the orders wrong. One crew member at first didntwant to get me a side caesar salad because she wasnt trained in making it. And besides the mistake in giving the wrong orders,some of the right ordered burgers were lacking vegetables that were supposed to be in them. Sometimes I see customers standaround for a very long time, either waiting for their orders or waiting for someone to take their orders. And it is never evenall that overwhelmingly busy with the number of customers that come in. The kitchen crew would see us all standing there likelumps of cheese, and they couldn't even have the Customer Service sense in sending someone over to the counter to take care ofany of us. This place is such a mess, that there were a couple of breakout arguments between crew members and themanagers. Wendy's Corp, please read our concerns here. Worse drive Thur fast food experience. Regrettably this is the only Wendy's fast food restaurant on No. 5 Road left in Richmond,... BC. We visited this location often in the last few month, each time we had an issue with this franchise location. This locationdoes not honor promo items, or they don't want to offer you the promo items at all. Example: In two occasions, we ordered thesummer special, frosty dessert at $.99, the cashier said they didn't have the chocolate frosty because the manager forgot toorder the supply in each time... Yesterday, my family ordered a baconator and two jr. Bacon cheese burgers and a frosty at thedrive Thur window. I had to repeat my order several times to the cashier. Finally, the order was ready. The bacon slices in theburgers are small and the lectuce was the little pieces like left over salad. I was given a baconator combo...and get chargedfor it. I told the cashier girl, I didn't order the combo, after moments, get the amount corrected on the burger ordertransaction. Asked for the free coffee, until then I was told they ran out of stock on the free promo coffee... Asked thecashier for a receipt to make sure they charged my credit card on the correct order amount, I was told they couldn't, theycouldn't give a receipt. I didn't get the receipt, nor did I get any free coffee as advitized. Advice other patrons of thislocation to be careful, must check your order before driving off. Read more
Horrible location. Sign outside is never lit up so it always looks like it's closed. Place is clean and food was okay. Customer... service was terrible. I was standing in line with 2 people to the left of me. I thought they were waiting to order but it turnsout they were waiting for their food. If an employee would have came to the till and announced they were ready to tale the nextorder then I would have known I was next to place my order. Waited in that line for about 5 min with no employee in sight of thetill. Once I got my food noticed the lady that was already there waiting for her food in front of me was still waiting for herfood. I took my food to the dining area and ate in. I finished all my food and went to toss the wrappers in the garbage and Isaw the lasy still standing there waiting. She had been waiting for 30 minutes for her chicken burger and the restaurant wasbasically empty and 10pm at night on a Sunday. I felt so bad for her and that us unacceptable. Read more
If you go here, check your order before you leave. Twice my order has been fine and twice it has been way off. The last time I... went I asked for extra pickles. She even said "junior bacon cheddar burger with extra pickles" when she handed me the bag. Asyou can see from the photo there's 1 slice of pickle hiding under the tomato.
