Immediately greeted. Immediately seated. Immediately served. Waited a minute for food, but it was hot, fresh, and a perfectly... prepared med rare steak. Sides were ok. Looked you up to see how the reviews were from 3-4 weeks ago when we went last [9-16] and sounds like everyone had a bad... experience. Ours was the worst we have ever had at the Richmond IN site, which is sad. We've been going to this site for years.We're going to try you 1 more time tonight, and hopefully, it's gotten better! If not, guess we won't be eating again, as wenever got our food on 9-16 either! (We did pay for our drinks since that's all we got after 1 1/2 hours. Read more
Service was OK at best, I ordered the boneless buffalo wings (which are apparently also called chicken chunks?) which was... literally just chicken strips with hotsauce.....why not just call them chicken strips? I was there with 5 other people, none ofwhich were very impressed with the service or food. A pitcher of beer was like 5$ so there's a small silver lining! Read more

Same great taste! Wings half as small, saucy enough to color them but not really taste it. You can get them sauced for an extra... $1. So twice as much, half the wing, lacks sauce. Still, when properly sauced they are great. I think it?s time to find a newstop in Richmond when I pass through. Read more
