Tonight's experience I'll be honest, not the best. Ordered my family's food all at same time (3 of us)... my wife and child's... food had come and gone(food eaten and table cleared of dirty dishes) by the time my 10-12 minute cook time pizza arrived (askedmanager how long it typically to cook a chicken pizza).... was there for a hour toget a 12 min pizza 45 min after they got theirfood. Spoke with a manager, he was great. All in all, might be a little bit before I choose chicken over steak. Read more
Wow this chain/place has gone downhill. Seriously NO bourbon options or any liquor options except for their specialty worthless... drinks. Plenty of beer options but out of ones we wanted. Gone are their signature Buffalo Chips and other faves. Won't beback! I wondered why nobody was their on a Saturday night and now I know why! Read more
Asked for lemons twice and never brought them out. Ordered ultimate nachos when we ordered our drinks, then about 15mins later... ordered our main meal. The main meal, 30 chicken wings came before the nachos (I had to ask the waitress about them). Nachoswere cold and half the wings were Barley warm. Food was good but the experience was rough. Went in with a group of friends and waited about an hour for my food. No issue, I... know staffing is rough everywhere. I'm patient. However, my entire table of 7 or so received their orders and I was left withoutfood for a long time. Kinda awkward to not eat together. We asked our waitress about it and she was a little snappy, assuring itwas probably in the kitchen. Awhile later my friends asked yet again and our waitress seemed confused and was fumbling throughher papers. Didn't seem to remember what I even ordered. Finally, five minutes later, I received my food. She had never put inmy order which was apparent when I received two separate receipts- one for my fried pickles I ordered at the start, and one forthe wings that were forgotten. Waiting on food is one thing. Not even putting my order in at all and all my friends waiting forme to finish my food because I got it so late is another. I would have appreciated transparency the first time we asked aboutit. A simple "I totally forgot to put it in and I'll get that in right now" would've sufficed. Read more
