all the people who work here are rude, they wrongfully fired someone without having any proof that they did anything wrong, and... when you ask for the number of the person above them they refuse to give it to you. My boyfriend & I ordered 6in steak & chz toasted as well as a 6in chicken teriyaki toasted with only tomatoes. . . . . .... AAnnnnnDD THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT HOME WITH US (&we live outskirts of town & the Subway closed down as we was walking out....it's the feeling you get when its 98degrees outside, your dry & thirsty, you're getting yourself biggest fountain Mt dew at theclosest gas station... pay for it, exit the store (still hvnt taken drink ..) get back in your car & go to take the biggestdrink -- to get hit with that non carbonated non tasting like that Mt dew your mouj (WE only had the option of drive thru thisnight for some reason --- AND they even gave us the wrong receipt !!) The next day my boyfriend and I went back to the samesubway to inform them of their huge mistake the night before which just led to being lazy. Well instantly the girl I spoke tojust gave me an odd look and the guy that I had not spoke with got smart with me and said well what do you want us to do? So myresponse is give me the two sandwiches that we paid for yesterday would be nice and him and her employees of subway replied backwith okay and what were they? Ordered online my wife... waited for 10 mins over the expected wait time after she got to the store . Ordered chicken bacon ranch and a online exclusivesandwich . Supposed to be on Italian herb and cheese bread both were on plain Italian . Also the chicken should have beengrilled chicken it was not some nasty plastic tasting shredded rotisserie chicken took the place supposed to be heated andtoasted well I Guess Neither was done to either sandwich . Called and asked if it was supposed to be grilled chicken firstperson said yes then phone handed off to be informed it's supposed to be rotisserie and if they don't have it they use grilled .Well my wife used to be a subway manager so she knows it's supposed to be grilled corporate even says it's supposed to begrilled lesson learned wish I had read reviews before hand.
