Amaaaazing food! First time customer and will definitely be back! Coming from an hour away but 10000% worth it. I was shocked at... how amazing everything was! Small diners are the best and hard to find living in the city. The staff were also super friendlyand doing great even though it was super busy and the place was completely packed. We absolutely loved their breakfast and for the price, it could not beaten. Their home fries are super crispy and the onions are... an amazing touch. Today however, we experienced a bit slower service. It was to be expected as we had arrived just after thelunch rush. Our food came out about 45min after we ordered, however we did not mention anything about it. Food was great asalways, so that wasn't a concern at all. What absolutely blew my mind. After we asked for the cheque, our server apologized andgave us a discount on our meal. We never brought forward the wait time nor did we request anything. We felt this was an amazinggesture, and I went ahead and gave them what I would consider an "above average" percentage tip. After paying, we realized thebill was 40% off! I've never seen a good-gesture discount like that before and I felt bad after realizing that the percentagetip should have been a lot more.
