The food normally be good not this time and the service was horrible. If you go through the drive-thru you should get your food... then not pull around to the front of the restaurant and wait a long time. Then the food doesn't come out you have to go in andask for your food. Not good customer friendly service. Read more
I guess if you order BREAKFAST tacos you have to specify that you want eggs in your breakfast taco. Ordered a potato and chorizo... taco and bacon and potato taco thinking it would have eggs in it. This place is pathetic! I decided to give them a second chance after a bad experience a month earlier waiting for my order... nearly 45 minutes! I ordered (2) chicken and (2) steak tacos! A pictures says a thousand words! I?m no longer a customer of TacoCabana! Read more
So sad. I used to love Taco Cabana. Unfortunately they have never recovered from the Covid shut down. Staff is trying, but there... simply isn't enough of them. The wait time to order is ridiculous and so is the wait to get your food. I came in at 11am onSaturday so it is not like a peak rush. It isn't even funny to watch customers walk in and have to wait for an employee to evencome out from the back to take their order. They no longer have a salsa bar and they do not stock their utensil area. Wonder howlong before they simply give and close the company. TRULY DESERVES A -5 SCORE. 2ND Time I have placed an order online in advance and did not meet standards. Horrible Service. Why... place an order online in advance when they will make your order when you arrive? What is the point of these rapid services, ifthe staff cant work accordingly. Problems - Staff is not attentive. People wait in line to place order no one comes to help forlike 10 mins at like 2pm in afternoon. Staff is behind the counter goofing around/having fun with each other, but forgettingthere duties/responsibilities. Additionally, the Salsa Bar is not stacked up. All empty as if nothing is available. Noutensils/straws/napkins available. Very Poor Hospitality. Sadly enough, I love Taco Cabana, but food was not that great.Past/Other locations are million times better. Major restaurant hospitality changes are needed, otherwise this place needs toshut down.
