Do not visit this location at night. This is the absolute worst service I've ever had at any restaurant in my life. I placed an... order for pickup through Doordash, which I always do for my Wingstop orders. I put the order in at 10:35pm, and the app told meit should be ready around 10:58pm. I show up at 11:00pm and walk up to the counter. There are four employees behind the counterand it takes a full minute before any of them acknowledge me. The cashier asks me the name for the order and then tells me it'snot ready yet. I found it weird but also saw they were working on other orders at the same time so I decided to be patient andwait. So I waited. And waited. And waited. I'm seeing people come in after me and get their orders before me. I'm seeingemployees talking, laughing, joking around. I'm seeing another employee seated in the lobby talking with a customer who is veryclearly his friend. No sense of urgency or respect for the customers. Not one of the eight or so people in the store asked methe name of my order, and I didn't feel I needed to remind them since I had already given my name to the girl who attended me,and I believed the name would be called out. By 11:20pm, 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I ask a girl if myorder is ready. She taps on the screen, checks the unfinished orders in the kitchen, and then comes back and asks me my lastname. I give it, she disappears into the kitchen, and I don't see her again. After a few more minutes a different girl asks mewhich order I'm waiting on. She looks for the order in the same place the last girl did. She comes back to me and tells me theydon't have that order. Finally, the cashier, the first girl I interacted with when I got there, asks me the name. I can't say I'm never coming back because I don't know what the future holds but I can tell you that I will try my very best not... to ever to back to this location ever again. If there's one thing I can't eat is wings that have the floppy chicken skin onthem. I like my wings extra extra well done. The order was placed, I called to verify that the my wings were going to be doneextra extra. We show up and the first thing I saw was that floppy skin. I told the young lady that I couldn't eat those wings.She took the wings and showed them around to like three other employees, gross. I definitely didn't want them know after theother employees had their faces on the wings. The male employee whom I spoke to on the phone agreed with me that I had calledto make sure my wings were going to be extra extra well done and I heard a cook say they weren't done to my request. I came in an hour before closing. I?ve never had this problem in the past. Usually they don?t accept orders 30 mins before... closing. I just wanted to order some fries and two ranches. The cashier turned me away and said they weren?t accepting walk-insanymore. When it was still an entire hour before they closed.
