order was correct, wings were cooked properly, fries were good as well and not soggy. good game food
50/50 chance of the wings being good. The fries taste like they make the entire day's batch first thing in the morning and leave... them under a heat lamp until closing. Even if you call them ahead of time and request them extra crispy they'll say "ok" and notdo anything differently. Gave this wingstop too many chances. Won't be giving anymore. Don't think I'd even cash in a coupon fora free meal at this wingstop anymore. Read more
Came in Oct 13. Afternoon. The girl at the front counter was super nice! Great customer service. This was my first trip to a... Wing Stop. I came just for the corn a family member had gotten me a couple weeks ago. Wait time was short. Seasoning was great.The corn however, hard. Pretty undercooked I believe. Read more
I know why it happens and its sad that it just doesn't have to be that way. Whomever owns this store or if its a corp site... really needs to spend some quality time with their employee's. I know its just wings and yes the order was eventually correctbut that doesn't mean that the customer interaction should be subpar. I left scratching my head. The employee at the registercould not confirm the order to the receipt he gave me. He wanted to just go by the name on the order, but there were twodifferent orders with the name Tina. (my wife was one) I asked him if he could match the bag with the receipt he gave me and hesaid no. So i left with a bag of food and not sure if it was ours. Hilarious. Read more
