I stopped at LD's on Sunday with my husband. The chicken fried steak was perfect. My husband loved the pancakes. This is a real... deal local diner. What made this restaurant even more special was the LD himself returned my debit card to my bank in Logan.Apparently, I had dropped it on the sidewalk outside the restaurant and he found. It was a long wait. My steak could/should have been more rare. We added a to go when our food came out, to take home for our... other son. That order took forever. It seemed like something was off with the cook, not sure what though. Our waitress was areal sweetheart, she is the reason atmosphere and service got four stars. Though if those were based her alone she'd get 5stars. Went today for breakfast. However, husband ordered pork chops from the dinner menu and youngest got a double baconcheeseburger from the lunch menu. Everything was good. The prices have gone up, as with everywhere. Read more
