This place used to be so good. The last 2 times have been really bad I got a hero roast beef sandwich tonight and it was... literally inedible. The bread was so hard and stale it could go through a window. The meat was dry and flavorless and had adismal about of oil or mayo. The last time I got a pizza it was so soggy it was hard to even pick up sadly I will not bereturning. Read more

We spent the weekend in Richmond and stayed in the area of Church Hill. Our daughter lives in Richmond and recommended 8 1/2.... Their lasagna and breakfast pizza are soooo good. The lasagna was huge, easily enough for two people. It was the best lasagna Ihave ever had?a perfect proportion of noodles, meat sauce, and cheese. The breakfast pizza we had was egg, cheese, and pancetta.Again, scrumptious. It was hard to stop eating it. Thank you 8 1/2 for making our visit to Richmond that much better! Read more
