I was able to quickly make my order. The party taking my money explained to me there was an issue with the credit card and... Sherrie, the manager, came right over. For several years we?ve been passing this one to drive to another miles away because something is always wrong with our order.... Decided to save gas & give them another chance; rewarded with cold Beef& Cheddars with almost no cheese on stale bread thattasted like they were made yesterday & only 1 of 2 curly fries ordered,served by a rude employee. I have been going to this location for many years. Tonight my service was not OK. I will not go into the details of why... customer service was not up to par, but I will say that I ordered five chicken tenders for my child and Brunswick stew formyself. The overprice chicken tenders were cold and hard. Two of them were smaller than 3 inches. For that amount of money Iexpect a decent portion of food. The Brunswick stew was at least 2 inches short from the top. For $12 I expected it to be full.Very disappointed. Read more
The new normal seems to be: longer waiting for food, less freshness of the food, and more mistakes on orders. Always make sure... to check your food before leaving.
