I had a few problems with some vinyls I had purchased here (all manufacturers defects because there was duplicates of the same... vinyl in a 2 pack) and the staffers were so quick to help me order a new one for an easy return/trade. The whole store is veryclean, the manga selection is huge and I love adventuring around this store for hours! The staff is also very knowledgeableabout books and gives amazing suggestions for new books to read! Read more

My kids enjoy this Barnes and Noble, they think going up and down the escalators inside is just soooooo neat. That said, I can't... stand some of the selection they have in the kids section. Some of these books seriously need warnings on them for kids. I won'tget too much into it, but... my kids, my parenting, I don't need some pompous author or Barnes and Noble curator subliminallytrying to teach me kids things I am not okay with. Read more
Just about what you'd expect from a Barnes and Noble. Very neat and clean and well laid out. It has two floors and a Starbucks... inside. Employees are present but let you browse peacefully and are friendly. Would love to come back again. Read more
