The past 3 times I?ve ordered, my wings have looked like this and have arrived cold and over cooked. I ordered on Thursday for... bogo wings, when I got home my wings were not only cold because food left at the takeout station is not under a heat lamp. Alsoas you can see the wings are severely over cooked and severely under sauces. Most of the wings weren?t even fully covered insauce. Food was delicious and drinks were good love that pineapple mojito. But our service was the worse I've ever experienced. Every... server was sitting in the waiting area on their phones we had to ask other employees for silverware and plates. We had to go getour server twice cause we were waiting so long for her to come back to our table. When she first approached our table she didn'tintroduce herself so we didn't even know our servers name as a person who has been in food service more than 10 years you needto engage with your customer if you want that big tip. I am a waitress myself. I understand a wait and I know a game. I sat at the waited for a good chunk of time before my bartender,... Michelle, came to give me a menu. She was taking care of the majority of her regulars pouring them new beers when they were lowasking them about their days. Cool get your tips, but give me a menu. She comes over and gives me one and asks me what I'd liketo drink. I tell her I want to look at the menu first. I sat there for 15 minutes while she purposely closed out and helped allof her regulars to collect her tips, talked to her waitressing friends, just to make me wait for her coworker for a shiftchange. I get it, you don't want to be rude and take my money on a food order and expect your coworker to do the leg work. Comeback, follow up, and explain that to me and maybe offer me a water in the meantime (although I did want a drink and could haveclosed out). Maybe because I'm not a Wednesday regular, and she is loudly projecting in her conversation to all of them howbadly she wants to leave I should be extra understanding and should wait 20 minutes for her coworker to do the job becauseeither a) she's lazy or b) thinks I don't tip. I understand a wait, and I know a game. After waiting for over 20 minutes andjust being given a menu, we made eye contact when I figured it out when the coworker walked in, and I left. We dined in and we order wings with drinks for the kids and alcoholic drinks for my wife & I. The lemonade tasted like water and... the lemon drop my wife ordered tasted like lemonade. My wife asked for refills on each and the Manager along with our waiter,Kevin, made it right. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. He was personable and took his timeto make conversation and check in with us before we even put our orders in.
