When my daughter said she wanted to come here for her borthday night, I was dreading it but the team member Gabe has opened my... eyes and shown me the light. This staff member made my daughters night memorable through his professional conduct, personablecommunication, personally dressed as Chuckee for our daughters's bday, and he held the fort down as a jack of all trades. If Icould be the o e to give him the raise I would. I would personally hire him, myself. Most likely will never be back at this location again. Staff was not knowledgeable in the point system and moved extremely slow... while the line was accumulating especially Aiden whom I had to repeat my number three different times so that he could pull upmy reward points. I am a very loyal customer to Chuck E cheese as my son and I frequent multiple Chuck E cheese locations on thetidewater side almost daily.. We go so much that we have been able to build close connections with Chuck E cheese management andstaff members on the tidewater side :-) However, I was closeby this location and decided to stop here to treat my son and Iregret coming. I was really annoyed with how slow the employees were moving with trying to get the line down at a more timelierpace and then observing how no one else showed initiative with assisting the two employees that were already up there once theline started accumulating.. When I attempted to redeem my reward points the cashier staff Aiden tried to tell me that I owedmoney when I had a total of 150 reward points on my card and was attempting to redeem my 30mintues of free play for 100 pointsand my remaining 50 points for 500 tickets. Aiden kept insisting and got a attitude as if he was annoyed when apparently heneeds better training. He needs better training with the point system, better training on how to properly deal with payingcustomers, training on how to take care of ringing up customers at a more timelier pace, and better customer service andprofessionalism especially when it comes to Chuck E cheese's loyal customers. Since he was of no help I opted to speak to asupervisor who assisted with rectifying the situation and ended up giving Aiden back my card. My daughter decided she wanted to celebrate at Chuck e Cheese this year! We invited over 7 children in order to grab the awesome... birthday deals, however if you don't have five children or more you can't secure the birthday slots. You are still able to bringin cake and decor as long as it's no outside drinks or food! Really think downloading the app helps with tickets and unlockingspecial deals!! See you again soon.
