I gave 3 stars for the food being hot and tasty.... the 2 missing stars are for their service... I have had several bad... experiences... from one of the workers yelling at me for going through the line like i was supposed to having them tell me toback up so he can reset the drive thru line... ghetto... placing an order for cheese fries and getting fries drenched in old baytwice... I don't know who's in charge... and why don't young people take pride in having a job... Read more

Service was great but the burger looks like a baby chicken tenders
I love the variety of milkshakes, and they are made with fresh ingredients!! It was right across from our hotel, so we visited... more than once. :) They did not allow indoor seating, so we drove through and took our food to a local park and ate. Read more

This Cook Out is one of the best fast food restaurants in Richmond. The majority of fast food restaurants on this street have... poor service and OUTRAGEOUSLY long wait times during rush. (>40 min at Wing Stop with 5 customers in front of me, >50 min atLittle Caesars with 10 customers in front of me, no I am not exaggerating). Cook Out on Laburnum has exceptionally fast servicethat rivals some Chick-fil-As (I say that as a former CFA employee). Even at peak hours, there are rarely more than 2-3 cars inline ahead of me and it's not because they aren't busy, it's because they're so fast. From order to food ready in under 2minutes sometimes, which is impressive with the number of items and variations on the menu. I've seen a lot of popular Cook Outsget traffic backed up as bad as Chick-fil-A but not this one. I worked years in the fast food industry and I know how hard it isto keep good employees and manage a store well. The employees I've seen here so far were all efficient and professional. Welldone!
