We've been frequenting this Dunkin Donuts since it opened and usually we are not disappointed. There is hardly ever a line and... they always got our orders right and everything was delicious. Until this morning. I ordered a medium hot latte, plain. Ireceived a (gross) medium black coffee with the lid not completely on... burnt my hand getting it in the drink holder. Mysausage, egg, & cheese croissant was actually bacon, egg, & cheese. And my pumpkin muffin was undercooked and gooey. This is my regular Dunkin? - I always do an online order, and they always have it ready by the time I get to the window. Very... rarely is there more than a two car wait to get my order. They almost always get my order right which is saying something thesedays. Read more
