Went with a group of three adults. We all enjoyed our bowls. I would recommend building your own bowl. There is so much to... choose from and you really can choose as many proteins and vegetables as you like. You can also taste test all the sauces tofind which one you like. When you order the build your own you just pick your bases and size of bowl. Everything else you pickout yourself from a buffet and then they cook it. We went on a Saturday evening around 630 and it was very busy. We waited about20 minutes for a table. Service was fairly good but seemed like they might have been short staffed. We waited for a while aftercoming in the door before anyone even came over to greet us. We all agreed that we would definitely return. Read more

The server was friendly and personable. I enjoyed watching the Sioux Chef prepare multiple meals at a time. I hadn?t visited in... a few years. You chose which size bowl you?d like along with the starch. You then walk up and build your own bowl. Meats, chicken, seafood, vegetables, herbs ???? etc. Pile it on ???? Choose your sauces on the side and give your tray to the SiouxChef. When your meal is ready your server delivers your bowl to you. The bowl was tasty. Read more

Just getting home and It was okay but not all the hype I was told. This was my first time and I heard great things however,... probably bad timing when I got there. I was told there was no rice left after 30 min of being seated and waiting for waiter. Finally got half my drinks and 15 min later the rest of the drinks. It was 6 of us. People turned away when they realized it wasno rice but I drove almost an hour to get there. The chicken less chicken was frozen so we had to wait an extra 20 for that butthen when we got it, they were burned and it was totally an awful experience. My experience was rushed but I expected so muchand was let down horribly. Currently going through the fridge because I am still starving ????Maybe a better day and better timewould leave me with a better review ????. I'll keep you posted. Read more

My family always TRIES to love this place. We absolutely love Mongolian grills (where you put together your own raw ingredients... and they cook it up on the circular grill) in general, but something about this one just never works for us. The food alwayscomes out bland somehow. And I get it, at the end of the day, we are basically making our own food, but I've eaten at countlessMongolian grills before and the food is always delicious. On top of that, I can't stand how wasteful the cooks can be. Onnumerous occasions I've say and watched in horror as a significant portion of my food ends up either burned to the grill orworse literally dropped off the side. It's one thing if the restaurant model is all you can eat, but when you charge by thebowl, like this place does, the cook dropping food off the grill is akin to the waiter at a normal restaurant taking the foodoff your plate and throwing it on the ground. Its been so bad that I've actually had to ask them to put more food in my bowlbefore. The only other con here is that the seating always feels a bit cramped. All of their seating is connected both on oneside and they pack the tables in tight. Lastly, it isn't cheap, expect to pay a decent amount. Read more

This was my second visit, and things got worse!!! On top of them being short -staffed, they mixed-up my order and the manager... LIED!! He wanted to argue with me when I saw the lady who had my order bring it back to the grill and pick-up hers. He waslying right to my face. He said that he gave hers already and pointed to mine that she dropped-off. I said no, she just pickedhers up and brought mine back. He said no, yours was here the whole time. I said NO. I followed her and saw her put my orderdown, and she just picked-up hers. He said I know the truth. I said I saw the whole thing. He said I'm not going to arguewith you. He offered no empathy or understanding. He didn't even offer to replace it. I don't know if the girl who hadbrought it back even ate from it. Finally the waitress said, would you like to make another bowl. I said yes. I stood therethe whole time watching until it was finished. It was my son's birthday and he was already eating his, so I asked for a to-gocontainer and ate some with him as he had a head start. To finalize the experience the waitress gave me the wrong bill that wasover $41!! I said no, this wasn't my table. The waitress said sorry, but at that point I was over it. I couldn't get out ofthere fast enough!! From the first visit, I experienced a concern when it came to the grill. First, the grills are not wipeddown nor cleaned. They are only scraped off. Next, both the grill master and his assistant were using the same spatula togrill ALL the food which seemed like cross-contamination and would also seem to pose allergic reaction problems. Lastly, whenmy bowl was presented to me, I got reprimanded for touching it. He said that it could be someone else's bowl with the samename. Then he went back to the grill while a server with no gloves picked-up my order. The grillmaster then scoffed andlaughed. Except for the food itself being delicious and sizable for the metal bowl generally given, the man Read more
