Customer service is terrible. The drive through cashier didn't put my order in correctly and shorted me a meal. When I pointed... out that my order was shorted, she got mad and took no accountability. Instead she told me she couldn't add a meal and I wouldhave to drive back around. I ordered from DoorDash. The jalapeno poppers were not bad but they gave me Buffalo Sauce instead of ranch. Also, the bread on... my burger was not the advertised bread for the Frisco Angus Burger. I ordered this burger specifically for the sourdough breadthat Hardees usually uses and it looks like they used white bread from the grocery store. I don't even think it's sourdough. Bathrooms were ridiculous! Mens bathroom had so much going on. Top of the toilet was on the floor, toilet paper everywhere, dime... size flies were on the walls and a wasp greeted me in my face walking in. I ended up using the womens restroom. To find that thetoilet paper roll was crunchy and had a yellowish tint. Looks like it was dropped in piss water and sat back up to dry. Themanager should be embarrassed and I outta stand outside and redirect every customer. My food took 10 mins and was not even hot.Fries were crunchy but cold. I looked at my burger meat and could just tell something wasn?t right. How does it take that longto make the food (with an empty restaurant) and the burger like warm. Make it make sense Jesus. I went through the drice thru ask for the primal burger combo 3 times and the cashier insists that it was the number 6. And when... I get my food I drove off and food that she gave me a number 6. Not what I ask for plus to me if you don't have that on the menutell me so. I hate to assume that you that lazy to ring up And make what the customer ask for. Read more
