I did an order for pick up. Ordered at 6:20 for 6:45 pick up time 10/9. My husband got there and no chicken was ready?? It?s... literally a chicken restaurant how do you not have chicken ready?!?! He waited until 7:30 with still nothing ready with 8 peoplein the drive thru, and multiple Uber eats drivers in the restaurant. As of right now, they keep pushing the pick up time backand it?s 8pm!!! This was the KFC Taco Bell connected and they did not have a lot of menu items for Taco Bell that they actually had advertised.... They ran out of sweet tea so they gave me unsweety without telling me that they were going to give me unsweet and they did not,according to the guy at the window, have any kind of sweeteners or sugar in the whole entire restaurant. I asked for somethingelse to drink as I did not want unsweet tea if I couldn't at least sweeten it and most of the drinks that he tried were out. itwas only Pepsi and one other I had to choose from. When I asked for a chalupa he said they were out of the ingredients to make achalupa. The only thing I could get was a taco or a burrito. This place and the workers are extremely trifling.. not only do they get your order wrong and your missing items they have an... attitude when you tell them and act as if cursing the person behind them makes you feel better I will feel better if my food wascooked properly and the customer service was adequate.
