The food was AMAZING! I had the smothered chicken and subbed the asparagus for Mac and cheese and it was delicious. The chicken... breast was seasoned and fried perfectly and the gravy was the best I?ve had in my life. I ate the leftovers this morning and nowI?m ready to put in a pick up order lol. My bf had the burger and fries and was equally as blown away. I went during happy hourand 1 drink was enough to get me buzzed. We walked past this place and the guy standing outside was like this is a black owned business and they were doing brunch. We... stopped by and had a pitcher of strawberry mimosa , chicken and waffles and shrimp. Food was hot and fresh . Came out quickly .There was. DJ playing some good Sunday jam music. Hey do yourself a solid and stop in to see Ashley! I walked in on Friday afternoon (don't go by the times indicated on Google -... they're open for lunch on Fridays)... and I walked out with the most DELICIOUS steak-fried rice platter I have EVER had! Had a wonderful experience at brunch today. Our waitress Amy was amazing and gave excellent service. The owner was there and... greeted us and we had a great conversation. Chill atmosphere and the food was delicious. I got chicken n waffles, friedpotatoes, and turkey bacon. We also had Mimosas which were superb!!! decided to try this place out on a whim. I arrived a bit on the early side and the place was still being vacuumed. Not my usual... experience when I'm trying out a nice steak house.
