Amazing lebanese food south of the river. The fried kibbeh was delicious as was the haloumi burger. Will definitely be back!

I'm sure the food here is very good, but I have to write a review based on the service. They are completely understaffed, no... fault to the waitress at all, she was the only one working and looked to be doing a phenomenal job. She even took time away fromthe 6 or so tables she was working on to greet us at the front and inform us of the wait. I wish her absolutely nothing but thebest, and commend her hard work. However, there were two girls at the hostess desk who saw us standing there, did not offer usa menu or anything, and when we asked them if the wait was for food or a table, they both simply shrugged and said they didn'tknow, even after the waitress literally did half of their job for them. I hope they are able to retain this waitress because Ihave absolutely nothing but good things to say about her even though we did not end up eating there, but the hostess staff needssome work, and could have even been helping her out a little. I really wanted to love this place because it's in my neighborhood. I'm a 62 year old vegetarian, and Mediterranean food is... usually a good option. My food was good, and the service was fine. What disappointed me was the menu seemed to have beendesigned by someone who didn't know vegetarianism existed. There were just a couple of options for me, so I'm in no hurry to goback. Read more

I want to like this place but I just can’t. I’ve given them three shots. The service is SLOW and food is on par with the... Greek market takeout down the road. Todays visit went just like my previous two. I waited 10 min for a seat and tracked downsomeone to bring me a soda another 20 minutes later. Thanks to Clint though for his can-do attitude and bright smile whilecompensating for the rest of the staff alone. It was very uncomfortable when hostess kept a party of 6 standing in the lobby forhalf hour even though there were only three of us at tables; then chastised them they should have made a reservation (on aSunday… at 2). I’ve just never been to a restaurant that has so many staff around but no one actually serving. In thefuture, if I wanted to be ignored or mansplained while eating then I’d just bring a date. Food was very good but service very slow. The server apologized couple of time but that didn't make it better. They were short... of staff even that the place was empty still was very slow. Over priced and they added the tip %20. which I think the customershould decide how much to tip. This was our last time. Read more
