This is just pertaining to the VCU location. The young lady at the register truly did not want to be there and it definitely... showed in how she interacted with me. I went to purchase bagels and they were out of several flavors. It looked unclean in therestaurant and behind the counter. The staff there truly needs a reboot. I won't be going to that location again and I live 3minutes away...such a shame. Read more
There is a older woman that works the window for the drive-through from morning to afternoon that has the nasties attitude if... you try to pay with Apple Pay. Worse customer service I have even received from a restaurant. Avoid the drive-through if youdon't want your day to be ruined. Read more
This location like most Paneras is very clean and full of friendly employees they're efficient and the food is crazy fresh.... Pretty much everything tastes very good and has deliciousness on a whole new level it can be a little bit pricey but they'velowered their menu item pricing which has made it even better but you're getting top quality ingredients from top quality humanswho care about freshness and making your experience delightful. Amy Boswell is an absolute Joy at the South Laburnum locationshe's been there for years and will absolutely make your day so come up to her and say hi and she will smile and she willbrighten your day I totally promise.
