I am a avid Lover of Pizzahut Pizza for longer then i can remember. Atleast 35 years. This location 111 WADSWORTH DR was not... only the worst tasting product i have experienced but the worst experience of ordering and receiving my order. I ordered beforethey opened and over 2 hours before i asked for the delivery. Still it came 1/2 hour later and so cold when i tried to get aslice it was stuck in one whole piece. It was so cold the crust was so hard it was Unbarable. Why? I don't understand why. Read more
What out during the daytime. There is a young man here that refuses to speak considerately, respect women, take his headphones... off, turn his music down, not instigate a verbal fight, listen, take an order, respect customers and generally be even a middleof the road member of society. I would be careful about having any kind of interaction with him, especially if he's making yourpizza. I have been a customer many times. I will never go back if this individual is there. Read more
The employee that was in the facility when I arrived to pick up was very attentive, friendly, and provided me with prompt,... professional, and courteous service though she seemed to be alone as she was making another pizza when I arrived. The Pizza which I ordered on 01/06/2022 at111 Wadsworth Drive Richmond VA 23236 was the worst Pizza I had in my life. Its was... completely dry and look like they have not put any sauce or may be very little sauce was used. The topping was sprinkle verylittle and we was getting barely may be one piece of chicken and jalapeno on each slice. It was just waste of my money on thatPizza which I got last night. I never had that kind of Pizza from Pizza Hut. I am completely dissatisfied. On top of that thedid not provided any Napkins, Packets of Cheese and Crushed Pepper.
